Robert (Bob) G. Cameron AO, Non-Executive Chairman

Bob Cameron had a long career as a senior manager in the coal industry and became the Founder of Centennial Coal Company Limited and its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer until stepping down in 2011.
Throughout this time, Bob was an active leader in many industry, government, community and educational organisations including Chairman of the Australian Coal Association, ACA Low Emissions Technology Fund, and the NSW Minerals Council.
In 2002 The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy awarded Bob the Institute Medal “in recognition of his outstanding leadership in the coal industry”. In 2005 he received the Hunter Business Person of the Year Award from the Hunter Business Chamber, and in 2010 he received the Australian Mining Prospect Award for Most Outstanding Contribution to Mining.
Bob’s current roles include Chairman of Centennial Coal, Pacific Smiles Group, Hunter Valley Training Company and the University of NSW Minerals Industry Advisory Council. He is a Trustee of the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences, and the University of NSW Foundation, and a member of that University’s Faculty of Engineering Industrial Steering Committee.
In 2012 Bob was made an Officer (AO) in the General Division of the Order of Australia “for distinguished service to the mining industry in New South Wales, through leadership roles with professional organisations, to higher education, and to the community of the Hunter Valley.”
Rodney (Rod) Ruston, CEO
MBus, BE (Mining Eng.)
Rod is a senior mining executive, who holds degrees in mining engineering and business administration. He has over 40 years' experience in the resources industry, 26 of which was in various positions; including as Chief Executive Officer in the coal industry.
Most recently, Rod served as Independent Director of Cockatoo Coal Limited, an ASX listed metallurgical coal producer operating in Queensland. Rod also completed seven years in Canada as CEO of the NYSE and ASX listed Company North American Energy Partners Inc. (NAEP), a mining and heavy construction contractor operating predominantly in the Alberta oil sands. Prior to NAEP, Rod was CEO of Ticor Ltd, an Australian listed mineral sands company operating both domestically and overseas in South Africa.
Rod has also been CEO of Wambo Mining Corporation and a senior executive with Savage Resources and Oakbridge Ltd. Rod is currently a non-executive director on the board of AngloGold Ashanti, a large ISE and NYSE listed gold mining company headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa.
David Miller, Non-Executive Director
David Miller is a Geologist and businessman. He was a Director and CEO of Strathmore Minerals Corp (a TSX listed mining group) until August 2013. David's primary professional focus has been on minerals exploration, development, and mining. His career has spanned over 30 years, with a chain of companies that started with Utah International and evolved into AREVA, the French Nuclear Power Conglomerate.
David is a eight term member of the Wyoming Legislature, serving District 55 –Riverton. He is currently Chairman of Judiciary Committee, served on Minerals, Revenue, Education, Corporations, and Health & Labor Committees and was an original appointee to the Wyoming Energy Commission. David is a registered professional geologist in Wyoming, a registered member of the Society of Mining Engineers, and a Fellow in the Society of Economic Geologists. David is the architect responsible for assembling the Miller Coal property, now owned by County International.
